Golden Needle Roast Pork

The golden needles are dried and soaked well, choose to remove the hard stems, wash and drain

Cut the pork belly, wash, blanch and drain.
Stir-fry pork belly and ginger slices in a pan until oily

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, stir fry the dark soy sauce evenly

Put in the golden needles, put in the right amount of water (a little more, full of golden needles)

After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium and low heat to cook

When the soup is low, add a proper amount of salt and chicken essence, continue to cook until the soup is slightly dry, add the chopped green onion and mix well to get out of the pot
