Golden Needle Stewed Trotter

Shave the trotters clean with a knife.

If you want to buy trotters, you must buy this kind with tendons.

Pour clean water into the pot, pour the trotters into a boil, blanch the water to remove dirt.

Remove the blanched trotters, wash away the foam and pour it into the Supor pressure cooker.

Add star anise, cinnamon, and ginger.

Tips:
