Golden Orange Silk Cake

1. The oranges are squeezed out of juice for later use.

2. After the butter has softened at room temperature, add fine sugar and stir well with a whisk.

3. Add the egg mixture in three times, beat in a quick manner, then add orange juice and continue to mix quickly.

4. Plane into the orange peel.

5. Sift in a mixture of low flour, corn flour and baking powder, then add almond flour. Use a rubber spatula to mix lightly in irregular directions.

6. Add candied orange peel.

7. Mix gently again.

8. Put the batter into the paper mold about 8 minutes full.

9. Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
