Golden Potato Balls

Peel and wash the two sweet potatoes.

Cut into dice of the right size, about half a centimeter~

Put the diced sweet potatoes in a sieve and pass the water, then put them in a basin, and add an appropriate amount of flour.

Master the amount of flour by yourself, just mix it in this state~

Knead gently to form a small ball, it doesn't have to be too regular.

Put it in a 60% to 70% hot oil pan over a medium-to-low heat, and fry until the surface is golden.
