Golden Sand Pork Floss Roll

Add a little white wine to the egg yolk, shake the egg yolk to make it evenly dipped in the white wine.

Put the egg yolk in the oven at 170 degrees and bake for 5 minutes.

Spread a layer of white rice on the seaweed, crush the egg yolk and sprinkle on the rice.

Then sprinkle a layer of pork floss.

Use the sushi curtain to assist in rolling tightly into a roll shape.
6.
Just cut into small pieces.

Tips:
If you have plenty of time, the egg yolk will be better after sifting.
