Golden Snapper Steak

Marinate sea bream fillets with seasonings such as salt, pepper and ginger;

Tips:
1. When frying fish steaks, first marinate the fish to taste, and then coat the starch, egg liquid and bread crumbs separately. Pay attention to the order, so that it is easier to evenly wrap the bread crumbs on the fish steak;
2. I use Thai chili sauce. You can also change it to ketchup or applesauce according to personal preference. . . They are all delicious.
