Steamed Sea Bream Fillet

Shred the sharp pepper, green onion, ginger, and dice the pepper

Slice fish, put half of shredded green onion, ginger, and chili on top

Make a pot of boiling water, put the fish fillets on top and steam for ten minutes when the water is boiling

Heat oil and fry the chilies

Steaming fish in boiling water can lock the moisture in the fish and make it more tender.
