Golden Taro
1.
Frozen taro bought in the supermarket, take it out in advance to thaw
2.
Prepare corn flakes
3.
Dip the dry starch evenly after thawing
4.
Add oil to the pot and heat up to 70% heat. Add the taro and fry until golden and remove.
5.
Remove the taro and put in corn flakes. After frying, remove the oil control and pour it into a clean basin for later use.
6.
Add 1 tablespoon of water and 1 tablespoon of half white sugar to the pot. After the sugar and water are completely melted, stir it clockwise with a spoon until the sugar is yellowish brown. Then pour in the fried taro and let the taro evenly coated with sugar juice. Pour into the corn flakes
7.
Let the taro dip evenly on the corn flakes (this action must be fast, otherwise it will not be easy to get the corn flakes)
8.
Use a clean brush to dip the remaining sugar juice into the sugar juice and pull out the silk and place it on the taro.
9.
Crispy and delicious, you must like it too
