Golden Toast Omelette

Cut two slices of toast, beat the two egg mixtures, and dice the butter.

Toast slices are covered with egg liquid.

Melt the butter in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan. Put the toast covered with egg mixture into the pan and fry for one minute.

Pour in the remaining egg liquid from the edge and fry until the egg liquid is solidified.
