Golden Tortilla

Prepare ingredients;

Add fresh milk and yogurt to cornmeal to form a dough and ferment naturally (6-8 hours);

Sprinkle some wheat flour on the panel and take out the dough;

Add proper amount of noodles to hydrate;

Knead the melted noodles into the dough bit by bit, smell no sourness, cut open with a knife, and the two pieces are not sticky, and wake up for 10 minutes;

Divide the dough into several portions;

Press it into small round cakes by hand, apply a thin layer of oil, and put it into the baking tray;

Preheat the oven at 170°C for 5 minutes, and bake the upper and lower fire at 170°C for 12-15 minutes;

Baked and plated.
Tips:
1. The sowing time depends on the different indoor temperature. Yeast can be used for fermentation. I like natural fermentation.
2. When kneading the noodles, be sure to add little by little, knead evenly to avoid alkali spots.
3. The baking time depends on the size and thickness of the tortilla.
