Golden Tortilla

Take the corn out of the refrigerator in advance and thaw it. You can cut the corn kernels with a knife or rub the corn manually. You can rinse with clean water to control the water.

Put the corn kernels in the container and break them with a food processor, the more broken the better (my corn is a bit old, not broken and not easy to be cooked)

Put the grated corn mash in a basin, put an appropriate amount of flour, add some water to make a thin paste (you can add some sugar, salt or chopped green onion according to your preference)

Preheat the electric baking pan in advance, pour peanut oil, scoop a spoonful of batter and spread it into round cakes.
Wait for one side to be seared before searing the other side

When both sides are golden brown, the fragrant tortilla is ready, because it uses fresh corn, it tastes very sweet and smells like corn.
Tips:
You can put some chopped green onion, sugar or salt according to your preference
There is no need to put too much oil, fresh corn does not absorb oil, less oil is healthier
