Good Luck-coke Chicken Drumsticks and Sydney
1.
These are still the materials I prepared~~Coke can of course be a can.
2.
Copy it in the boiling water first~~ It is best to copy the water first to make the ribs, so that you can copy out the excess fat.
3.
After copying the water, wash the pot and fill it with clean water. The amount of water is probably less than that of the chicken drumsticks.
4.
Put the chicken thighs that have been copied in the water.
5.
Add the soy sauce prepared in advance.
6.
Cover the pot and simmer for a quarter and a half.
7.
After pouring the cola, continue to cover the pot and simmer. It takes about two quarters of an hour to simmer and take out and chop into small pieces.
8.
Place the two pieces of lettuce in the middle, slice the Sydney pear, and arrange them in order~~ Quickly place the chopped chicken drumsticks on the lettuce.
9.
Add water starch to the remaining soup in the pot to make the juice, and pour it on the chicken thighs to thicken.
Tips:
Don't chop the chicken drumsticks into small pieces right away. It is best to chop them when they are cold. One is not hot, and the other is that the cut shape is better.
