Goose Egg Garlic Pancake
1.
Remove the dried leaves of garlic yellow, clean and control the water.
2.
Cut the garlic yellow to control the moisture into about 2cm sections, add appropriate amount of salt, a few drops of cooking wine (to remove the fishy smell of the goose eggs), and beat in two goose eggs.
3.
Beat evenly.
4.
Add appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pan. When the oil is 80% hot, pour the egg liquid (the egg liquid is relatively thin and can automatically spread into a cake), and cover the pan.
5.
After frying on low heat until the surface of the egg liquid is slightly solidified, continue frying on the reverse side. Press lightly with a spatula and the omelet can rebound and be served without dents.
6.
Cut into pieces and serve on a plate.
Tips:
Goose eggs can be replaced with eggs, the egg mixture can be poured into the pot, or it can be stir-fried directly, which is *egg fried garlic yolk.
