Healthy Black Chicken Soup

The big one is a spoon and the small one is a tea spoon.

Prepare half a black-bone chicken, wash and cut into pieces, and prepare tofu, oyster mushrooms and garlic.

Put two large bowls of water in the pot, and boil the chicken with cold water.

After the water is boiled, keep the water in a boiling state, and skim the surface foam for about two minutes until no obvious foam is produced.

Put the green onion, ginger and pepper into the condiment ball.

Add 2 tablespoons of cooking wine and 1 teaspoon of white pepper to the pot, put the condiment balls in the pot, and simmer for half an hour after the water is boiled.

Tear the oyster mushrooms into small pieces, wash the sediment and set aside.

Wash the garlic yellow and cut into inch pieces for later use.

Cut the tofu into cubes for later use.

Remove the root of coriander, wash and cut finely for later use.

After the chicken has been simmered for half an hour, remove the condiment ball, and then add the oyster mushrooms and tofu into the pot.

Add 1.5 teaspoons of salt, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, wash the wolfberry and add it to the pot. After the water boils, continue to simmer for 15 minutes.

Finally, add garlic yellow and ground coriander, add sesame oil and chicken essence, mix well and turn off the heat and serve.
