Since my mother bought me too many goose eggs and duck eggs, I was afraid that it would be bad if left for a long time, so I made all kinds of goose egg patterns.

Ingredients

Goose Omelette

1. Dice carrots, coriander, chives and chives

2. Add salt, beat the picture above with chopsticks evenly

3. Add oil, then fry. I use a pot for making melaleuca. Forgot to take pictures before. Take the egg when it's done

4. Just cut it and it's ready to be plated
