Gorgeous and Colorful-----strawberry Cheese Cake

Take out the baked cake, let it cool, and cut off the top layer.

Cut the gelatine into small pieces and soak in milk to soften it.

Wash the strawberries and set aside.

Cut the cheese into small pieces, put them in a blender together with strawberries, whipped cream, white sugar, and white vinegar, and mix into a uniform paste.

Put the milk gelatine into the pot, and heat the water to melt.

Pour the melted gelatine into the cheese paste and stir well.

Cut off the edges of the cake to make it smaller than the cake tin.

Pour the cheese batter over the cake.

Take it out the next day, use a hair dryer to blow around the cake mold, you can easily demould it, just eat it like this, I also decorated with some light cream and fondant flowers.

6-inch heart-shaped cake ingredients: 2 eggs, salad oil, 16 g milk, 16 g low powder, 34 g white sugar 12 g (into the egg yolk) 24 g white sugar (into the egg white)
