Recently, various media have exposed various inferiorities of bakery bread. Still make it at home and rest assured. This [three-color toast] does not use pigments, and the color is equally attractive. The taste is more delicious. I used matcha powder brought back from Japan and natural red yeast rice powder for coloring. You might as well make it yourself. After cooling down, Beijing has been really cold these few days. 1. After oil method, put the ingredients except red yeast rice powder and matcha powder into the bread machine and knead for 35 minutes. Take out the kneaded dough and divide it into three parts.
