Gourd Dumplings

Add 500 grams of flour to 260 grams of water and knead the dough for 20 minutes.

Wash the gourd

Cut open to remove the flesh and peel off the skin.

Rub the shreds, add salt and marinate for 10 minutes, squeeze out the water.

Chop it on the chopping board and squeeze out the water.

Add pepper powder, cooking wine, soy sauce, minced ginger and salt to the meat and mix well. Add water in portions and beat it up.

Put it in the meat pot. Add chopped green onion, peanut oil and sesame oil and mix into filling.

Divide the skin into dumplings.
