Ingredients

Gourd Mussel Bisque Soup

1. Wash the pumpkin, remove the stalk, remove the flesh, and cut into pieces.

2. Put the pumpkin pieces into the wall-breaking machine and add 800ml of purified water. (I added 1200ml of water according to the instructions and recipes, the soup is not strong enough.)

3. Choose "Rice Paste" and it will be completed in about 24 minutes.

4. Wash the mussels and marinate in cooking wine for about 15 minutes to remove the fishy.

5. After making the pumpkin paste, move it into the soup pot.

6. Bring to medium heat and add the marinated mussels.

7. Add sugar, salt, white pepper and chopped parsley, and season to taste.

8. When the mussels are cooked and the thick soup is delicious, turn off the heat.

9. Forgot to take a separate picture of the finished product πŸ˜› make do with it~
