Gradient Yogurt Ice Cream

Peel and cut 220g red pitaya into a container.

Add 30 grams of sugar.

Use a hand-held cooking stick to make a juice.

Divide the red heart dragon juice into 4 bowls. The first bowl: 180g yogurt. The second bowl: 80g yogurt and 40g red heart dragon juice. The third bowl: 40g yogurt and 80g red heart dragon juice. The fourth bowl: 120g red heart dragon juice.

Stir the two mixed colors evenly and set aside.

Pour 1/3 of the ice cream mold into the yogurt.

Fill 1/3 of the empty space with light pink yogurt.

The other 1/3 is filled with dark pink yogurt.
9.
The other 1/3 is poured into Red Heart Dragon Juice.
10.
Put the lid on the ice cream mold. Put it into the freezer of the refrigerator and freeze for at least 6 hours.

When you eat it, you can blanch it with hot water for a few seconds and you can easily demould it.

Tips:
1. If you are not holding a stick, you can use a juicer or blender.
2. Ice cream molds are sold online.
3. Use a spoon to slowly pour into the mold.
4. You can make homemade yogurt.
