Granola (handmade)
1.
Pour the oats into a pan, stir-fry on medium heat (it is easy to burn on high fire), and then pour it into a flat pan to cool.
2.
Add red granulated sugar, maple syrup, and corn oil to the pot and heat it up over the heat. Stir-fry until the red sugar melts and bubbling, turn off the heat, and add the oatmeal and nuts that have been fried before.
3.
Turn on the heat again and stir constantly with a shovel. From the initial viscous shape, stir to granular shape without moisture. Turn off the fire.
4.
Add the dried fruit to 3 and mix well.
5.
Then pour it into a flat pan covered with parchment paper and spread out to cool.
6.
After it is completely cooled, put it in a bottle or sealed bag for storage. It can be stored for one month at room temperature.
Tips:
Nuts (Altar, walnut, cashew, pumpkin kernel, etc.)
Dried fruits (cranberries, strawberries, dried mangoes, blackcurrants, raisins, etc.)
Nuts and dried fruits are added as you like. Brown sugar is fine without the sugar.
