Grape Fruit Jar

Rinse the grapes with running water, soak them in light salt water for ten minutes, drain them, cut them into two pieces with a fruit knife, pick out the seeds with the tip of the knife, and peel off the grape skins.

Add cold water and rock sugar, bring to a boil on high heat, remove any scum, turn to low heat for 10 minutes.

Cool it, put it in a glass bottle scalded with boiling water, and store it in the refrigerator. It can be taken out to eat at any time.
