Grape Juice Soft European Buns
1.
Prepare the materials
2.
Pour grape juice and ice water into the inner bucket of the bread machine; add yeast powder and honey; add softened butter, pour high-gluten flour and finally add salt.
3.
Turn on the kneading program to knead into a dough, about 5-8 minutes.
4.
After kneading into a dough, take it out, flatten the dough, put cranberries and walnut kernels on the surface; then fold it; put another layer of crushed nuts on top. Knead the dough into a round, sprinkle with flour, and carry out the first fermentation for 40 minutes.
5.
If the dough is not retracted, the fermentation is completed. Divide 200 g rounds into 5 pieces, and carry out the second fermentation for 30 minutes.
6.
Roll the dough back and forth about three or four times with a rolling pin, pat the bubbles, and roll it into an olive shape.
7.
Roll it out and then squeeze it into a long stick shape
8.
All done
9.
Proceed for the final fermentation for another 50 minutes, and make it double the size. After the fermentation is complete, draw a cross shape and sprinkle flour before baking.
10.
Heat 190 degrees and lower heat to 150 degrees, put on the middle layer, and bake for 12-15 minutes. Let me add that the temperature of each oven is different. Adjust the baking time according to your own oven. I bake it for about 25 minutes.
11.
It's out!
12.
Soft and fragrant!
Tips:
1. Choose darker grape juice as much as possible, so that the color of the bread will be more beautiful.
2. This soft European bag needs to be fermented three times.
3. The temperature of the oven is constant according to the temperature of the oven itself, and the temperature is for reference only.
