Ingredients: 50 grams of low-gluten flour, 18 grams of instant oatmeal, 22 grams of raisins, 32 grams of corn oil, 35 grams of caster sugar, 15 grams of brown sugar, 1/8 tsp of baking powder, 1/8 tsp of baking soda, cinnamon 1/16 teaspoon of powder

Tips:
Do not stir in circular motions when mixing the batter to prevent the flour from becoming gluten.
When shaping, you can also dip dry powder with your hands, knead it into a ball, and then squash it into a cake.
