Grape Souffle Biscuits

After the butter is softened, add fine sugar and milk powder, and beat with a whisk until the volume expands and the color becomes slightly lighter

Add three egg yolks one by one and beat them evenly with a whisk. Every time you have to wait until the egg yolk and butter are completely mixed before adding another egg yolk

The whipped butter is thick and fluffy

Add sifted low-gluten flour, mix the flour and butter evenly

Add raisins, mix well, knead into a uniform dough

Roll into 1cm dough pieces and cut into small pieces

Put it in a baking tray and brush a layer of egg yolk liquid on the surface

Put it in the preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes
