Ingredients: low-gluten flour 70 g milk 80 g egg liquid 100 g sugar 70 g butter 100 g peanut powder 30 g baking powder 3 g honey 20 g grapefruit peel Appropriate amount of accessories: dark chocolate Appropriate amount of baking tools: learned kitchen Madeleine shell mold One each (the weight of the square is exactly 2 plates)

Wash the grapefruit peel with salt and then use a grater to take an appropriate amount of grapefruit peel

Melt butter, add sugar, stir to melt

Add other liquids and stir evenly

Sift in low-gluten flour and baking powder and mix well

Then add the grapefruit zest and mix well again

Put it in a piping bag and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour

Then squeeze it into the mold 80% full

Put it in a preheated oven and heat up to 200 degrees, lower the heat to 195 degrees for about 18 minutes, bake it while it’s hot, remove from the mold and let cool

Melt the dark chocolate in insulated water, then pour the surface of the Madeleine, and sprinkle with powdered sugar and grapefruit zest.
Tips:
The small reminder mold uses one shade of shells, so the baking time is different. The shallow shells are heated to 175, and the heat is 170 degrees for about 16 minutes.
