Grapefruit Peel Candy

Wash the grapefruit peel with salt, and cut the peel longitudinally with a knife. 6 or 8 equal parts

Peel the grapefruit peel and remove the white part as much as possible.

Cut or tear the grapefruit peel into small pieces

Put rock sugar and water into the pot and cook until the rock sugar melts.

Spread it on a cooling rack to dry ~ the surface is sticky-0-there is sugar after all.

Put white sugar in a small bowl and coat the grapefruit peel with a layer of sugar. It can be stored in a sealed jar.
