Grass Head Pancakes
1.
Pick and wash the grass heads.
2.
Cut into pieces and set aside.
3.
Add flour to the container and mix in an appropriate amount of salt.
4.
Beat in another egg.
5.
Pour in water while stirring.
6.
Adjust the batter to a slightly thin state, add the grass head powder and mix well.
7.
Pour an appropriate amount of corn oil into the pan and heat it up.
8.
Pour in the batter and spread into a uniform pancake shape. Fry on low heat until.
9.
When it solidifies, and a slightly golden color appears on one side, turn it over and continue to fry until low heat.
10.
Slice it out and use it.
Tips:
The grass head does not need to be blanched, just chop it. Don't ask why, I learned from the chef.
