Green Bean Cake
1.
Soak the mung beans one night in advance, and they will peel off quickly the next day. It is recommended to buy ready-made peeled mung beans to save time and effort!
2.
The peeled mung beans are steamed in a pot for about 15 minutes. You can stick them into powder with your hands.
3.
You can use a rice spoon to press the mung beans into powder, I put them directly into the cooking machine and mix them
4.
Put corn oil and mung beans in a non-stick pan and fry, add white sugar in the middle, stir and fry evenly out of the pan.
5.
Divide the red bean paste and mung beans into uniform doses, and wrap the red bean paste so as not to be exposed.
6.
Put it in the mold and press it into shape, and put some cooked glutinous rice flour in it, which will make it easier to demould.
7.
Isn’t it cute? I made it for the first time, so it’s not very beautiful, haha
