Green Bean Glutinous Rice Cake
1.
The ingredients are ready.
2.
After the green beans are shelled, rinse the epidermis with water, and dry the water for later use.
3.
Put the green beans into the food processor, add a little water as appropriate, and beat the green beans into a fine puree.
4.
Mix the green peas and glutinous rice flour together, mix into dry powder-free granules, and add a little sugar to taste.
5.
Cut the corn husk into small pieces, use chopsticks to pick up a small pile of corn paste, place it in the middle of the leaf, and squeeze it slightly to arrange.
6.
Do all of them one by one.
7.
Put it in a steamer, boil and steam for 8 minutes.
Tips:
When making green peas, add a little bit of water to make the dough a little wet and easier to mix.
If you don’t have corn leaves, you can use zong leaves, or you can put them directly on a greased plate.
The dough is slightly flattened, which can speed up the ripening speed and save steaming time.
