Green Cabbage Salad

Wash the green cabbage and cut into filaments.

Put the right amount of hot water in the pot, add a few drops of oil and a little salt, and then put the green cabbage into the boil for 1 minute.

Rinse the hot green cabbage twice with cold water.

Put an appropriate amount of oil into the wok, add a few star anise and scallions, fry the aroma, pour the scallion oil inside into the green cabbage, discard the scallions and star anise.

Add appropriate amount of white vinegar.

Add an appropriate amount of sesame oil.

Chop the garlic and add it.
8.
Add a few pieces of light soy sauce and mix well, and finally add some crushed red peppers to garnish.
Tips:
1. The green onions and star anise oil will taste good, but remember not to use that kind of green onions.
2. If you like spicy food, add some chili.
