Green Olive Stew

Pork bone blanching:
Wash the pork bones in a pot under cold water, add a little ginger, and after boiling, wash off the blood foam.
▶Don’t buy pork bones that are too fat, just medium to thin. If you don’t have pork bones, you can use lean pork instead.

Wash the green olives and crush them with a hammer for easy stewing.

Add the cleaned pork bones, ginger slices, and green olives to the electric saucepan, then add an appropriate amount of water, and simmer for 2 hours.

Just add a little salt and MSG to taste before serving.
