Green Onion Pancake

This is a dough kneaded with already made noodles! I forgot to take pictures! Proofing steps: appropriate amount of flour, add baking powder, mix the noodles with warm water, and cover with a lid! When the noodles in the basin are fermented and there are small holes on the top, they will be cured. Take them out and knead them together, as shown in the picture above.

Roll out the dough, as shown in the picture,

Sprinkle on top with chopped green onion, salt, pepper powder, oil, and spread! I eat it for my baby. In order to have a higher nutrition, I added walnut kernels and black sesame seeds.

Then roll up the noodles,

After rolling up, squeeze together with your hands

Press down the dough after squeezing, then roll it out

Brush the pan with oil! Put the rolled noodles in, and decide the size of the rolled noodles according to your pot. Both pans and electric cakes can be used. It must be a low fire.
