Green Papaya Peanut Pork Bone Soup
1.
Boil water in a pot, boil the pork bones and ginger slices in the pot to blanch the blood, then rinse with water and drain for later use;
2.
Peanuts can be soaked in advance, or directly washed, candied dates and tangerine peels are washed with water;
3.
Peel and seed green papaya, cut into large pieces and set aside;
4.
Boil about 3.5L of water in the pot. After the water is boiled, put all the ingredients in the pot, except salt!
5.
After the high heat is boiled for 5 minutes, turn to a low heat for about two hours. I use the rice cooker and use the soup mode. Just add salt before eating!
Tips:
You can use crucian carp instead of pork bones, which is also delicious!
