Green Papaya, Tremella, Red Dates and Milk Soup

I used about 3 kg of green papaya. I used one-third of it. I peeled it with a peeling knife.

Soak in warm water, a small one is enough, wash after hair

Remove the seeds of the papaya, cut into strips and cut into pieces.

Wash and cut twice horizontally to taste faster

Boil the pot with water, add white fungus

Because my papaya is green papaya, some are raw, so I added it with the white fungus. If your papaya is almost cooked, you can add it after the white fungus is simmered for five minutes, depending on the situation.

Because papaya itself is sweet, so add less rock sugar

Simmer for 5 minutes on medium heat, then simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
If your pot is a good pot, the amount of water will be a little bit less than that of papaya. Just like me, I’m out by myself and don’t have such good equipment. I just use a large spoonful of stewing to prevent the pot from drying out, so I add more water.

I added 240ml pure milk, simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat, watch it frequently to prevent the pot from smashing

To stew this soup, it is best to use a milk pot.
