Green Papaya, Tremella, Red Dates, Wolfberry Soup-breast Enlargement
1.
Soak the white fungus in warm water, cut off the old roots, and tear them into small pieces. Continue to soak for 60 minutes.
2.
Slightly soak the red dates and medlar to wash away the ups and downs, and filter out the water.
3.
Peel and seed the green papaya, and cut into thumb-thick chunks. (Fresh green papaya usually has a bit bitter and astringent taste, and the fruity taste is relatively strong, so I soak it in water for a while and then cook it.)
4.
Add enough water to the boiling pot (or soup pot, soup pot, etc.), about 4 kg. Put the red dates and soaked white fungus in a pot under cold water, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 70 minutes.
5.
Add rock sugar and green papaya. After the high heat is boiled, the low heat continues to simmer for 40 minutes.
6.
Add medlar and simmer for 10 minutes. When the soup is thick, the white fungus is soft and waxy, the papaya is still lumpy and melts in the mouth. Can be out of the pot.
Tips:
1. The foaming of Tremella can be adjusted according to the purchased product and consult the seller. Usually, soak in lukewarm water for 1-2 hours. During the process, the water will change from temperature to cooler.
2. Pay attention to the amount of water during the cooking process. If water must be added, add boiled water instead of cold water.
3. The amount of rock sugar can be adjusted flexibly according to the sweetness you like.
4. Put the goji berries at the end. Put them too early and they will be easily boiled. It is best to check that they are soft, and then put the goji berries and cook a little.
It tastes even better after being iced.
