Green Peanut Nougat

Mix milk powder with green juice powder, add water, maltose, egg white, and white sugar and mix well.

Brush the bottom of the pan with a thin layer of olive oil and pour the sugar balls in.

Pour the peanut kernels and stir evenly until it feels dry and not sticky

Take it out and flatten it.

Cut into pieces. It’s best to remove and cut into pieces after flattening, the sugar will be very brittle after a long time, not easy to cut
