Green Pepper Fat Intestine

First cut the fat intestine into a section of about 30 cm, and then slowly turn the inside of the fat intestine over to remove the fat and oil. Pour in an appropriate amount of vinegar and wash for about 5 minutes. Rinse it off, and then use baking soda powder to wash it again. Rinse with water, be sure to wash it several times.

Turn the fat intestine back and rinse with running water.

Put the washed sausage in a pressure cooker, add water, cooking wine, ginger slices, and press about 10 peppercorns for 10 minutes.

Prepare the seasoning for the braised soup: pepper, star anise, cumin, cinnamon, bay leaf, ginger, grass fruit, nutmeg, cardamom, angelica dahurica, (one or two large seasonings are enough) wrap the seasoning with gauze.

Pour the old braised soup into a casserole, add about 200 grams of water, put it in the seasoning bag, add some soy sauce to boil, (taste the taste, add salt to taste) and soak the cooked fatty intestines for about 30 minutes.

Wash and slice green peppers.

Cut the marinated fat intestine with a rolling blade.

Pour oil in the pan, add green peppers and stir-fry until cooked.

Pour the fatty intestines and stir fry.
10.
Add the right amount of braised soup and soy sauce, stir-fry well and take it out of the pot.
Tips:
Add salt to season with moderate amounts, the fatty intestines already have a taste.
