Green Pepper Fish

I bought a grass carp in the morning market. The head was cut off, the bones were removed, and the fish was sliced.

Put the fish in a basin, add starch and salt, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat the pot over high heat, and pour 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Put the green pepper fish seasoning in a pot under cold water.
