Green Pepper Ham Pizza
1.
Knead dough in a bread machine, press the crust material into milk, put sugar and salt diagonally, then put flour, dig a hole for yeast, start the dough mixing program
2.
After kneading the dough, start the fermentation process, about an hour
3.
The waiting time for fermentation can be used to prepare the ingredients. One part is shredded and sliced, and the other part is diced. The mozzarella cheese is taken out of the refrigerator in advance, and it can be shredded for a little defrosting.
4.
Take out the exhaust after kneading
5.
After exhausting, roll it into a crust. This amount can be rolled into a 12-inch size. I have used this recipe to make two 9-inch pizzas before.
6.
Cover with plastic wrap and relax for 20 minutes
7.
The time to relax the dough can be used to make the sauce: heat the pan and add some butter
8.
Pour diced onion, diced green pepper and diced ham and stir well
9.
Sprinkle on pizza straw, pour in tomato juice and fry until it is dry
10.
Stir-fry and set aside
11.
The loose dough is pierced with a fork and the edges are rolled up. I don’t have a 12-inch pizza pan, but the ugly drops are rolled with gold.
12.
Preheat the oven 180 degrees in advance, bake the crust for 2 minutes and set the shape, then brush with the sauce
13.
Cover with cheese
14.
Put the vegetables and ham evenly
15.
Finally, sprinkle with a layer of cheese and bake it for about 10 minutes. I took out another layer of cheese
16.
Put it into the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes, and it will be out of the oven! Ignore this ugly outline, look inside
17.
So there is no appetite
18.
The drawing is not bad, haha~
Tips:
I personally think that the eggplant is not tasty. Maybe my eggplant is a bit old. It is dry and not tasty after roasting. You can consider putting different vegetables to try. For the first time I made shrimp, corn kernels and the like. It's also delicious, for reference only!
