Green Pepper Mixed with Preserved Egg

Take out the two preserved eggs, wash and cut the western flaps for later use

Heat the pan with cold oil, pour in the chopped green peppers when the oil is hot, and quickly stir-fry until cooked and then set aside.

Take a small pot, add the fried green peppers, add other seasonings, mix well, and pour on the preserved eggs on the plate.
