Green Pepper Preserved Egg

Wash the preserved eggs, remove their shells, dry them, and cut them into suitable sizes.

Wash the green onions, green peppers, and tender ginger, finely chop, and mix well.

Spread the mixed seasoning powder on the preserved egg.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the frying spoon and heat it until it smokes.
5.
Pour on the chili and green onions, and drizzle with appropriate amount of soy sauce. Just mix well.
