Green Pepper Preserved Egg

Preserved eggs, I peeled 4 of them before I thought of taking pictures

Cut green pepper into circles, mince garlic
3.
Cut each preserved egg into 4 halves
4.
Stir-fry green peppers and minced garlic first
5.
Remove the green pepper after it is cut off
6.
Put soy sauce in the pot and cook
7.
Pour soy sauce, put on chili rings, it's done
