Green Pepper Preserved Eggs.

1. Green peppers are more delicious than line peppers.
Chop garlic into froth and ginger into froth.

2. Cut the preserved egg. (Please ignore why my preserved eggs look like this!)

3. Heat the oil and add the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.

4. Add chili
