Green Pepper Scrambled Eggs and Vermicelli

There are three eggs and a few green and red peppers. You can add more if you like spicy food, and less if you don't like it. I have a little vermicelli, but I put a bit too much. I like to eat vermicelli.

Soak the red vermicelli in boiling water for about ten minutes.

Cut green and red peppers diagonally.

The eggs are broken up, just like normal scrambled eggs.

Put the soaked vermicelli under cold water and cut it twice with a knife, not too long or too short.

Stir-fry the green and red peppers with oil in a hot pan, and the spicy flavor will come out.

Fry the eggs in the same way, just a little bit yellow.

Use a wooden spatula to cut into small pieces. Sheng out and spare.

Also stir fry the vermicelli

Put some light soy sauce and five-spice powder. If the soaking is still a bit hard, you can add some water to boil it. Stir-fry until the water is low.

Pour the eggs and the green and red peppers and stir fry.

Stir-fry constantly, it's not sticky. Add a little bit of light soy sauce to change the color. Add salt and chicken essence, and it's ready to be served.
