Green Steamed Pork Roll

Minced meat and glutinous rice are best to soak overnight, diced carrots, dried shiitake mushrooms, ground horseshoe, chopped green onion, chopped carrots, and chopped ginger baby cabbage leaves. Blanch in water for one minute, and cool thoroughly.

Pour the meat and side dishes into the pot, ➕ egg yolk➕ oyster sauce ➕ salt sugar ➕ cooking wine, beat it ➕ diced powder

Put the meat on the leaves and roll it

Grease the bottom of the plate and put the rolled meat rolls ➕ minced garlic (can be added or not), steam on the pot for 13 minutes
