Green Sugar Coated Peanuts
1.
Stir-fry the peanuts, cool and set aside
2.
Add a small amount of water, add sugar, and melt the sugar over a low heat
3.
Add the green juice made first and mix well
4.
Pour the peanuts down after mashing, don’t turn off the heat immediately, stir fry a few times
5.
Turn off the heat until the peanuts and sugar are evenly stir-fried, and then continue to stir-fry evenly. As the sugar cools slowly, the more difficult it will be to stir-fry.
Tips:
1. Be sure to add water when turning sugar to prevent the sugar from being burnt to the color of soy sauce
2. Be sure to stir-fry the peanuts into pellets, not sticking together until the peanuts and sugar cool
