What I brought to you today is a very delicious local dish. It is a braised dish, delicious, appetizing, and simple. Give it a try. It is a stew made with roasted bran.

Braised Bran

1. Soak black fungus, dried shiitake mushrooms and day lily in water in advance, then blanch in water, soak raw peanut kernels in hot water for a while, then remove the peanut coat, cut carrots into small pieces, put the honey-glazed roasted bran into a bowl, coriander Cut into sections, chop green onions;

2. Put an appropriate amount of blended oil in the wok. After the oil is hot, put the chopped green onion in the wok and fry it for a fragrance;

12. Just add coriander just before it is out of the pot;

Tips:

1. After soaking black fungus, shiitake mushrooms and day lily in advance, blanch them with water to remove the smell of grass roots;

2. The dosage of various condiments should be adjusted according to your own taste. If the taste is light, there is no need to add salt.
