Braised Bran

Tips:
1. After soaking black fungus, shiitake mushrooms and day lily in advance, blanch them with water to remove the smell of grass roots;
2. The dosage of various condiments should be adjusted according to your own taste. If the taste is light, there is no need to add salt.
