Green Tea Ice Cream

Put the milk in a milk pan and heat it over a medium-low heat.

Add green tea powder and powdered sugar.

Heat for 1 minute while stirring with a spoon (do not boil the milk, just leave the heat to see if the milk is frothy).

Put whipped cream in a bowl.

Use a whisk to beat to 60% hair.

Slowly pour the cold green tea milk solution into the cream.

Stir evenly.

Pour into a refrigerated barrel that has been frozen in advance.

Put it in the ice cream maker.

Cover the lid and turn on the power and stir for 20 minutes.

The mixing process can be observed at any time through the feeding port.

Stirred ice cream. Put the stirred ice cream in the fresh-keeping box and put it in the refrigerator to freeze for 2 hours.
Tips:
The milk can't be heated to boiling, heat slowly on a small fire. Get out of the fire when you see it boiling.
The powdered sugar should be added in moderation.
