Green Tofu

Soak yellow cabbage for half an hour and wash, (the heart of the cabbage will be very dirty)

Cut tofu into pieces, sprinkle a little salt to taste, and fry in oil pan until the surface is slightly yellow

Stir the scallions and add the yellow cabbage

When the yellow cabbage is almost soft, add tofu and stir fry a few times (add chicken essence and salt during the period)

Moderately salty and fresh, with a slight sweetness, definitely a good helper for the meal
Tips:
Although it's just a simple tofu with greens, but without a delicious combination of greens, it won't work.
